Mr. Anand. D. Sawant, is the founder of Sawant Associates, which is established in the year 1999. Mr. Sawant is a graduate in commerce & economics from the University of Mumbai. He has gained certification as a Sales Tax Practitioner (STP) and Income Tax Practitioner (ITP). He holds Govt. Diploma in Cooperation & Accountancy Board (GDC & A Board).

In the last 15 years of experience, he has achieved expertise in entire tax practices within India. Mr Sawant has practiced with Medium and Large Corporate establishments, Proprietorship concerns & Partnership Firms as well as Individuals. Mr Sawant has worked with Co-Operative Housing Societies, Trusts & NGOs in capacity as a Tax Consultant.

Mr. Sawant has sound experience of handling corporate affairs in different areas for over a decade and half. He has helped many organisations to set up their shop in India and operating it smoothly by providing them with valuable services like Company Formation, various parts in Taxations, Accounting & Book-Keeping, Audits & Assurance and Company Statutory Compliances.

Mr. Sawant has a vast knowledge and a thorough understanding of Indian Accounting Standards and Regulations as well as the complex Corporate Taxation system. Mr. Sawant and his team & Consulting Member associates have consulted many Companies & Proprietors in completing their paper work, getting necessary approvals, accounting, paying taxes, necessary filings and much more.
